Payments, Currencies, and Processing Times
All transactions on CrownJili are processed exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP). GCash is supported as a primary deposit and withdrawal channel, and additional local payment methods may be available as displayed in your account dashboard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may be updated periodically. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. How Bonus Offers Are Earned and Used

Placing Bets, Void Markets, and Results
All bets placed on CrownJili are final once confirmed by the system and may not be cancelled or amended by the player after that point. CrownJili reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a qualifying result, or where fraudulent activity is detected. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection conditions — CrownJili is not liable for bets that were not registered by our system due to connectivity issues on the player's end. Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly after the relevant result is confirmed. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised through the support channel within seven days of the result being posted.
